We visit El Rincon for dinner on a Friday at 6:30. We didn't have a wait but this restaurant was pretty packed. Still received excellent, tentative service. I enjoyed the chile con queso and the salsa

I am in love with their queso blanco!! It tops the charts for me as some of the best in the area. Smokey hot salsa as well...served with their tortilla chips. I could make a meal out of that alone. Do
