Bought a Double cheese burger and got a fully plain burger without cheese and everything. Only the burger meat and bread! Also very dirty!

Food is cold and horrible. Service was really bad. I had some things missing from my order and it was hard to get them even with receipt. Fries and nuggets tasted like they were made yesterday.
