Horrible service from beginning to end. Waited in waiting room for 5 hours before I had to ask what's going. Only to find out the guy who was working on my car had left. Chante, one of the leads, said

The service department @ This location has the WORST customer service ever! No one ever answers the phone in the service department the service workers are NOT welcoming @ all!

Boncila had great customer service. She greated us well and got us in and out. She is great with a good smile.
