I live in the area and decided to try out Kelly's. I was there with a friend on Friday 3/6 around 3ish. The blonde bartender was incredibly rude. We were not satisfied with the drinks she made for us.

Service sucks girl with blonde uneven extensions was rude and made me and my friends drinks disgusting. She was only nice to guys.
