We broke a window pane and found out that we can get a new window pane in the sash for FREE and this warranty is a lifetime warranty. How awesome is that!!!

Do not use window world. They will not honor their warranty even when they AGREE their product is faulty. They will tell you they are working to resolve the issue and then wait for you to call again.
