30 minutes past "ready" time is UNACCEPTABLE. No greeting, no explanation, no apology, no nothing. Quite simply a joke! The craziest part is that the food wasn't out nor were they waiting on anything.

Service here sucks workers never have food ready on time for pick up orders ever. This is my second time ordering from here might just stop ordering panda in general.
