Installed a poorly designed system on a newly built house. Have spent 3 years chasing the problem with their techs only to find out the issue was poor duct work design combined with insufficient units

I asked them to come out to braise the lines on my furnace and while there they detected a faint smell of natural gas. They checked my system, found the leaky connection and said they would tighten it
