Went here for a sports physical took four hours before we were seen. Then took another 2 hours before they came into the room to do the physical. Terrible service and a waste of time.

I have used the Morehead City, NC FastMed several times for different reasons. The receptionist/front desk team is always very polite and very professional. They always answer any questions and assist
