I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this location a few times as I do have business in Ponca City. I will never stay here again as they are not focused on accomodating their guests just meeting .

The hotel wasn't terrible, it was staffed well with friendly folks and it was clean. I did get injured on the property and reported it. They did fix the item that caused the injury but other then tha.
