Located in the Thompson Hotel on Palm Canyon, this over-the-top Italian restaurant will remind everyone—even locals—that while in PS, we’re all on vacation. Expect bright pink hibiscus cosmos and puffy Neapolitan pizzas decorated with vegetables straight from the farmers' market. The al dente pastas, including a standout radiatori in a sweet lamb bolognese, are some of the best in the Valley. Big groups should book a table at least a week out, but for casual dates and drop-bys, just head to the walk-in bar.
