Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel, the elevators were broken and the staff was horrible, the lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing.

Check in was efficient and pleasant and the room was nice enough, but it's the little negatives that you remember and I will mention two. (1) there is no soap dish in the bathroom and (2) the bathroom

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the street side and not the interstate side. So the room was quiet. Staff was nice. Was newly renovated. Our experience was great and nothin
