This formerly mobile operation has popped up at Add-A-Ball, Chuck’s Hop Shop, and Oddfellow’s Cafe in the past, and now they're permanently stationed at Jupiter Bar in Belltown. Lucky for the neighborhood—they've inherited one of Seattle's best pizza spots. Their paper plate-sized pies covered in char bubbles are both crisp and foldable simultaneously—a true achievement in pizza-making. And while we could fill a high school yearbook entry with sentimental things to say about pies topped with crisp pepperoni cups and honey or classic margheritas, there's power in Good Shape's plain cheese pie. Between the tomato sauce's simplicity, the fusing of mozzarella, pecorino, and provolone, and hints of chili flake and dried oregano, no takeout slice can beat it. But quite possibly the best part about Good Shape is that their portable operation works endlessly well for private events. We've encountered them at casual backyard parties, weddings, and everything in between—if only you could hire them to be live-in pizzaiolos.
