TERRIBLE!! service!! ordered a pizza online and said it would be ready in 12 mins, went in after 15 mins and the pizza still wasn't ready, had to wait about 20-30mins more. the employees there did not

Thank you for your continuous amazing service. This is one of my favorite locations, The pizza always good and the staff is friendly.

I've waited to put in a review because i can understand a simple mistake here and there but these last three times I have ordered at this location, either one or both of my pizzas are completely wrong
