Amanda and Rosemary were both amazing. We walked in and they were both extremely welcoming and friendly. They helped us with our needs. I walked in hating the Iphone17 and walked out loving it.

Lied to by staff repeatedly upon using offer given by Verizon...then when I found out that I had been deceived tried to return device like I was told by customer service only to be met with condescend

In order to make a sale they told us untrue information about our account. After 3 weeks we are still working with Verizon directly to get this resolved. Horrible customer service at Russell Cellular
