The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and quiet. They were busy with sports teams the day I stayed, but I woke up to ice-cold water for my shower and no plates for br.
No one at front desk for check. Waited 15 min. Called operator multiple times and tried to call sales staff and tried to contact manager. Want recognized as World of Hyatt member. Crazy.
