Prices have gone up portions have gone down and today they charged me for jalepenos which they didn't use to do before. I already paid for my food then asked for jalepno (which have always been free)

While I haven't had Flame Broiler in a very long time, I can definitely taste the difference in the flavor of the beef. It's not as good as it used to be and actually tastes like some kind of stew/pot

walked in on a saturday at 4:50 pm just to be told that they just closed. Their hours said they close at 5 pm. Both employees were very rude, acting very bothered. My bowl would have taken 2 minutes.
