Maholo taco was amazing! I had the tilapia at the GR8 Friday food trucks and everything about it was delicious.

I got the Cuban at the Grandville car show and if it had been pressed maybe the cup of juice from the meat wouldn't have drained out everytime I picked it up. Tasted great but it was a mess to handle.
