When you want to cancel membership its like your taking their money. What part of cancel don't they understand haven't used membership for over 5months and they still bit*h about cancellation

i like the gym overall, good var of machines for sure and the personal trainers are pretty knowledgeable from what ive seen, so solid option if u get the pt with ur plan.

wonderful customer service and very clean and nice equipment. They were very welcoming and were quick to any questions I had.
