Parc is Aspen’s classic white-tablecloth standby—the place you book when you want a big night out with great wine and no surprises. The menu leans French, but in a generous, mountain-town way: caviar service, bourbon-smoked elk loin, braised short ribs, and coq au vin stuffed with chicken sausage. The layered fries, stacked into neat, golden blocks, are a must-order. What really seals it, though, is the atmosphere, with a dining room full of locals that always seem to be celebrating something. If you don’t have a reservation, the lounge and bar are walk-in friendly and have a shorter, more affordable menu.
