The location. Easy to go everywhere, it's centrally located.Noises from neighboring rooms. One can hear shower faucet, people sneezing and coughing.

Near the taipei main station. They have common area.Some staff are not accommodating, Grumpy. The rooms still have dust. Very busy elevator.
