Lobby needs an upgrade in appearance. Check in was pleasant and very friendly. Elevators had 1 down and are kind of small. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bar service was quick. Not a bad stay b.
Have stayed many times before. This was awful. Blood on the curtain. No cream rinse in the bottle in the shower. No coffee in the room. We also saw bugs. Awful
A bit unnerved to turn the lights on in the room first thing in the morning and find a roach scurrying across the little table next to the chair. Notified the front desk upon checking out and received
