This is a warning to future applicants. Long story short. I applied, met all requirements but they found a 15 year old misdemeanor charge on my record and denied me without question. For transparency
I do not recommend here!!! It's says they are gated community but they always have the gates open 24/7 because they don't work. I've lived here for a year & always had them open because they are "wait
Poor Management Absolutely Terrible!! If I could do it all again I wouldn't have moved here! Moving out as soon as my lease is up
