Every single table at Town Hearth has a chandelier (there are 64 in total), and there’s a Ducati motorcycle parked on the bar, because why not. If you couldn’t tell from that, this Design District spot is a little more informal than your usual steakhouse, but the food is as strong as any Dallas heavyweight—get the grilled lamb, which comes out ruby red inside with a perfect crackly crust. You might just be celebrating a promotion, but you’ll feel like a wealthy Edwardian king if you order the Tots Oscar: crunchy potatoes on a bed of hollandaise piled high with chunks of red king crab, which is nearly as sweet as lobster.
