The first room we were put in smelled awful, like smoke. The mattress was stained and the lamp was sticky. The lady at the front moved us and the second room was not as bad but was for sure not a supe

Very clean and great staffToo many homeless people in the area although they had great security measures in place. Didn’t have any coffee available in the lobby.

Wonderful friendly staff when checking in and checking out. Cleaning staff stopped in each day and asked us if we needed supplies, we had a suite so only exchanged towels.Ice machine on the 4th floor
