Didn't look appealing from the outside but received a nice warm welcome. The bathroom was clean and the bed very comfy. No noise heard and slept very well would have preferred a walkin shower instead

As always, it’s the staff that make this stay enjoyable. Cant do enough for you. Been coming down for the rugby every year since 2000, always stay here.

The staff here were amazing and so friendly, particularly the lady at reception. Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was outstanding. Ample parking too. Great stay and sup
