Roebling Sporting Club’s wings are for people who are a little bit too into Hot Ones. At this bare-bones sports bar in Williamsburg with 14 TVs, an order of their hotter-than-average buffalo wings requires a glass of water and a napkin for dabbing your forehead, and will make your draft pilsner go down a little faster than you anticipated. Like almost every sports bar in New York, RSC gets pretty crowded for Knicks games, but for the most part, it’s pretty easy to get a seat. Just make sure that if you’re there for a game, try to snag a seat that faces the back of the bar, where the big projector screen is.
