Genuinely a terrible place to live. The hallways are always dirty, every floor smells like garbage on a weekly basis, the doors are either broken to where you're locked out and they can charge you $75

This place is overly strict and nickel and dime you. It's not worth the grief or the price. Stay away from here and find a place that knows how to rent to college kids.
