HORRIBLE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT sold by Costco. Can't assemble, holes drilled in incorrect spots on 5 chairs. DO NOT BUY! Called customer service for the company, no help whatsoever.

We have had their rockers for 14 years. Had an issue with two and between Polywood and Sullivan Hardware, they replaced the pieces required. Very happy with the rockers and the support and warranty. T
