Lori is very kind and put my girl at ease immediately and returned her to me looking completely beautiful and stress-free! I am very pleased with the care she took of my girl!

I was really pleased with Lori. She was really good with our fur babies especially our 6 months old puppy. She was able to trim her face, now we can see her eyes. I recommend her 100%.
