Toys"R"Us is still but very different and dirty. Could use some more staff, has Jenga and a cool Spiderman toy.

I've recently had a bad experience with an online purchase at Macy's. I never received my order but because tracking shows it was delivered, Macy's refuses to do anything to credit or reship the item.

Quite literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've never had someone treat me so rudely. Absolutely will not be shopping at this location again.
