Friendly staff, convenient location, clean room, comfortable stay. Our room had a great view of the mountains. Nearby downtown Castle Rock was really nice.

Wonderful room and kind staff. The breakfast was great. The staff was patient. The room was nice and clean. They worked hard to find a bottom floor. Love this place.

Terrible visit. Because we stayed 3 nights we were denied room service due to “:::COVID Rules”. We complained and were told a Special request was submitted…no guarantees! No housekeeping showed up....
