Front desk staff was very nice late night and early AM.The overall appearance in person is sad and in need of repairs. Example - there was a very noticeable hole in wall at 4th floor elevator bank. M

Hotel was comfortable, breakfast was okay not many choices, good location for everything, beds were super soft, bathroom was spacious, air conditioner worked well, tv worked great. Staff was AWESOME a
