Warm welcome was had at the Black Bull where all the guest rooms had Brontë names Charlotte, Branwell, Emily n Anne! Our room was clean and comfortable and over looked the church yard. We heard magic.

Very cosy place to stay in Howarth. Really convenient location and parking space was appreciated. Both our evening meal and breakfast were really tasty and good option as vegetarians too.

Needed a break, location is brilliant, a car park, breakfast good, staff good bed comfy. But if you go on a Friday or Saturday night DO NOT EXPECT to get to sleep before Midnight the DJ/live music is.
