I cannot wait until WM loses the contract. Continual missed pickups, impossible to contact, rude people. It's hard to hate a company more than this one

WM consistently shows pics of my bins & removal, but they are NOT mine! They are my neighbors. I rarely generate enough trash to put anything out weekly & even then it's 4 to 6 weeks between pick ups.
