You pay standard rate for parking but EV charging is free for 3 hours or less. Chargers are blocked with traffic cones on days State Street Bank has a meeting there… them bankers take priority.

You cannot use ParkWhiz or SpotHero to reserve a spot and park here. I did that and the attendant gave me a really hard time

Confusing how to pull in and charge, but the attendant was very nice one we figured things out.
