Great place for a cold breakfast. We had pancakes, a kids meal and ham and egg combination breakfast, all at room temperature. Oh, and the service was super slow. All for the low price of only $30!

Decent IHOP food, good service. Fair price. Not sure why so many terrible reviews. Four stars for what it is. It's not trying to be Michelin rated.
