Rest bay has an attractive beach, mostly sand but with rockpools. The sea is wonderful for body boarding and surfing. Lifeguards kept us swimming in only the safe areas. We enjoyed the café.

Lovely beach, but dog ban is ignored by some people. Dog wardens should be present to enforce it. Cafe, toilets and food and drinks kiosks are nearby uphill, as is a large car park. Surf school is al.

An amazing beach. Great views. Lovely promenade walk. Soft sand and nice rock pools of children to explore. The water was pleasant and there was very little litter. Nice showers at the top to wash off
