Mark's in Hanover -- There was a young adult @ the counter He was dismissive, his lack of customer service was dismal & on top of that he was incorrect -- His answer to anything I said was YEP YEP YEP

The staff are always helpful and ready to answer question. Even when it's busy. I always find what I need. i particularly like their selection of footwear.
