It's worn, and parking is a big hassle when it's busy. The owner is a great guy, very helpful, but it's a rough place, hence the cost is lower. Rooms are not very soundproof and the smell of weed waft

This place is cool, it has a musicians feel to it. it's not decked out with the hype like some studio's that look fabulous but suck in many other ways. there is an old saying - "everything shinny aint

Great place to rehearse. Scott is extremely helpful and the studio is spacious and well equipped. Very reasonable prices.
