I had a great experience with this agency prior to them retiring earlier this year. The new folks ( The Wright Agency) are awful. Poor communication about my policy and any changes, horrible customer

Blaine no longer owns this business (July 2022), new owners are terrible, avoid at all cost. I am moving my business to another Allstate agency.
