Updating my review of this store. Yesterday I was assisted by a lovely lady with excellent service named Maki (I hope I spelled it correctly). Not only did she assist me but she multitasked flawlessly

I buy Tumi luggage and backpacks on a pretty consistent basis. I never bother going by this store. Their associates are not helpful, they stand behind the counter and play on their phones. About half
