I eat here a few times a month. Their pho is very savory. My favorite is probably the grilled pork spring roll. The inside is simple and service is always fine when I am there. Also ask for chili oil

Food is good, but come early. We walked in at 6:34 and were turned away. The dining area was at 50% capacity.
