Been going to this UPS store for year, since they renovated it's been a nightmare- very long wait times and lines. Inexperience staffing makes it worse. They need to have three cashier/staffing at all
With only two employees there, being held up with customers, they were nice and understanding with people's needs. Didn't feel rushed, very polite.
Don't go to this store. They are rip offs. Not only they charge money for printing (even a single sheet) but they even charge for receiving an email to print that document. Go to the UPS store on eldo
