On our way back to the hotel for the evening we decided to stop for something sweet when we saw The Hop West, which the name isn't a great indicator of what they serve, but the giant mosaic ice cream

I got the brownie sundae, and that was the best vegan ice cream I've ever had. The employees were also friendly and helpful.

The line was OUT THE DOOR and totally worth the wait. Fantastic and diverse flavors, you've never seen before. just incredible.. so yum. good luck trying to pick a favorite
