Great Ice cream as always but those cardboard spoons are awful,slice into the mouth and keep bending. Heard many people complain but to no avail. Such a shame.

Joe’s ice cream has few rivals in this part of Wales though there’ll be some who won’t agree but they constitute a minority. This parlour at the corner of St Helen’s Road has plenty of space to sit in
