Dr. Macdonald is so accommodating! My daughter has high anxiety when it comes to anything medical. He makes sure that my daughter feels comfortable and safe and is always gentle and thorough.

They just lost a patient over a miscommunication between the dentist and front office staff. Seems silly to charge a fee over an internal miscommunication but that's their policy.
