Bad customer service from the workers here. Applied for the PFD but due to family medical health emergency, decided to move out of state last minute. Came to inform the office to see if we would still

PFD office is Closed on Thursday. Even when it says it open. Drove all the way from the valley and I get to the office and had to turn around.

Took over a week to be able to get someone on the phone because they only work 3 days a week, no wonder nothing ever gets done in a timely manner
