Is it customary to use the automated Carwash and need change after a service being an incorrect behavior from a customer? The automated machine told me to go inside and get changed and the lady inside

horrible service, got short changed after being lyed too, the guy employee was pretty chill but lady was a huge bitch.

I always fill up here at this location however their bathrooms are always closed. No matter what time of the day. They put up cones "closed for cleaning." It's excessive and they are closed right now.
