Cqll center can't answer simple questions. They are awful to work with. Tried calling and asked to connect to the actual office, they can not help. They also confused the dates, so frustrating!

Im an Emerald member! I specifically booked a Jeep for the beach. Reserved, called to confirm and received a text about pick up time. Drive 45 minutes to get to counter at ILM 30 people deep! service
