Nice upgrade but no complimentary newspapers to read while having a snack ! Told there is no plans to reinstate them .penny pinching as cost waitrose next to nothing and probably lose a few customers
Don’t have scrambled egg on toast. It’s awful, from a packet, an unusual colour for eggs I thought. Waitrose should know better. The staff gave me an alternative, not their fault. It’s the Management!
They had no hot food or sandwiches at all, would be shocked if even there taps were working, middle of the day and absolutely nothing on offer, not as I remember it, very disappointed.
